Bruno K is hauling to the courts of law, a woman who publicly accused him of abandoning her while pregnant.

The singer has retained the services of city law firm Elgon Advocates to take action on 34-year-old Mariam Ssembatya, aka Dorah for “breach of privacy rights.”

In a letter of intention to sue seen by this reporter, Bruno through his lawyers claims that Dorah, by sharing their private phone conversations online, breached multiple sections of the recently enacted Computer Misuse Act.

He also accuses his estranged girlfriend of illegally divulging DNA information about his child.

It’s well within your knowledge that you have without our client’s consent published his private conversation audios, his private telephone contact, and private bedroom pictures all over social media, an act that offends Section 12(1) b, c, and subsection 7 of the Computer Misuse Act 2011 as Amended in 2022,” the lawyers wrote.

You have appeared in several interviews on social media with the intention to defame and injure the brand of our client by uttering the statements below among others that our client; doesn’t shave his private parts, is a witch and smells bad body odor.”

Dorah came out last week in a bombshell interview with UK-based blogger Ritah Kaggwa to make the allegations against Bruno.

The Mukono-based businesswoman claimed that she separated from the singer about three months ago when he tried to force her to terminate their pregnancy.

Meanwhile, Bruno through his lawyer took issue with Dorah’s decision to publicly discuss information about his children.

Dorah in subsequent interviews, revealed that Bruno has a fourth child living with the mother abroad. She claimed that she was the one who paid for the DNA test on Bruno’s son with Vanessa Kirabo Atuhaire.

You have gone ahead to share DNA information of our client’s child without his consent which offends Section 23A of the Computer Misuse Act 2011 as Amended in 2022,” the lawyer’s letter reads in part.

Bruno K since the allegations came out at the start of the week has yet to make a public comment about Dorah.
