ONC Manager Applauds Ntale Ointment Products LTD, Calls for Presidential Backing

The Senior Presidential Advisor and Manager of the Office of the National Chairman (ONC), Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, has commended the proprietor of Ntale Ointment Product LTD, Hajj Ntale Adam, for his contribution to job creation and youth empowerment.

Hajjat Namyalo made the remarks during her visit to the company’s factory in Kirinya, Bweyogerere, where she met with a section of the over 300 employees and toured the facility.

She lauded the role of businesses like Ntale Ointment Product LTD in improving livelihoods and pledged to raise the proprietor’s concerns with President Yoweri Museveni.

“This factory is a shining example of how local entrepreneurs can transform communities by creating opportunities for our young people. Hajj Ntale’s commitment to employing and rehabilitating youths is commendable,” Hajjat Namyalo said.

“I will personally bring the issues raised here to the President’s attention and advocate for the support needed to expand this business.”

During the tour, Hajj Ntale requested assistance from the government to elevate the company’s operations and expand its capacity to employ more Ugandans. He emphasized the importance of private-sector partnerships with government initiatives to achieve shared development goals.

“We need support to grow our factory so that we can employ even more people and improve livelihoods. If given the opportunity, this factory can be a flagship for what local industries can achieve,” Hajj Ntale stated. “We are grateful for the ONC’s recognition and their partnership in community initiatives like the upcoming Bazzukulu Sports Gala.”

The Bazzukulu Sports Gala, scheduled for December 13 at the MTN Omondi Stadium in Lugogo, is being organized in collaboration with Ntale Ointment Product LTD and aims to promote youth engagement through sports.

Hajjat Namyalo also spoke of the importance of supporting local businesses in achieving President Museveni’s vision of an empowered and inclusive nation.

“Partnerships like this one demonstrate how we can combine efforts to uplift our communities. This is about more than just jobs; it’s about restoring dignity and hope,” she remarked.

As part of the visit, Hajjat Namyalo and her team were treated to a sumptuous meal and entertained by a line-up of musicians, including reggae artist Henry Tigan.

She was also given a guided tour of the facility, where Hajj Ntale explained how the company had successfully rehabilitated youths from street life and crime.

“Our goal is not just to produce high-quality beauty products but also to transform lives. We believe in giving the youth a second chance to contribute positively to society,” Hajj Ntale stated.

The government has allocated land to entrepreneurs in Namanve, which Ntale hinted at.
