Kazo, Uganda – Hon. Jennifer Muheesi, the Member of Parliament for Kazo District, has held an inspiring engagement with women’s groups during the Jennifer Muheesi Netball Competition.
Held at Nsheshe Primary School playground on September 13, 2024, the event drew women from various communities, providing a platform to discuss wealth creation and development initiatives.
Addressing the women after the netball matches, Hon. Muheesi emphasized the importance of being proactive in creating job opportunities and improving household incomes.

She urged the women to fully utilize the resources available, particularly the coffee seedlings provided by government programs, to boost their economic livelihoods.
“We need to take ownership of our future by being job creators rather than job seekers. The coffee seedlings you receive are a valuable resource, and I encourage you to plant and nurture them for sustainable wealth creation,” said Hon. Muheesi.
