The inauguration ceremony is scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday, August 11, in the Rwandan capital, Kigali.
According to the Principal Private Secretary to the President, Gloria Asio Omaswa, following the Rwanda presidential election, Kigali invited President Museveni to attend the inauguration ceremony for President-elect H.E. Paul Kagame.
However, PPS Asio stated that the President will not be able to attend due to his busy schedule back home.
