The construction of Paradise Island Resort on Lake Victoria is in the final stages of completion with structural works standing at 98 per cent.

Located 20 minutes away by speed boat from Speke Resort Munyonyo in Kampala, Paradise Island Resort is bound to be a venue for honeymooning couples as well as retreat-seeking guests.

The project which started on May 1, 2021, is geared towards boosting both domestic and international tourism treating travellers with a bit of pampering and seclusion in paradise.

The construction started with 22 units and there were an additional 16 in the second phase.

The project has been undertaken by Rajiv Ruparelia and Sheena Ruparelia, the children of Sudhir Ruparelia who is the chairman of Ruparelia Group.

The resort boasts of 10 Standard cottages, 11 standard cliff hunger cottages, 14 units of Deluxe cottages (2BHK) and 3 beautifully appointed Executive Villas which will enable guests experience the wonder of Lake Victoria and the ambiance of the island.

Paradise Island Resort sits on 19 acres of land and is surrounded by another rocky Island which is occupied by trees and a huge number of birds which makes it extremely beautiful for lovers of bird tourism.
