Ugandan sensational child rapper, known by stage-name as Felista di Superstar has in a special video thanked the Ruparelia Foundation for enabling her reach a milestone after she finished her primary school education at Kampala Parents’ School, owned by businessman Rajiv Ruparelia.
The 11 year old is among the 410 pupils who excelled with flying colours in the recently released 2022 primary leaving examinations (PLE) results.
The Nawambye hitmaker scored 13 aggregates, with just a point to enter first grade, despite having to juggle between books and her music career.
Felista di Superstar who two years ago enrolled at Kampala Parents School under the Ruparelia Foundation Scholarship Scheme recorded herself in a video with another kid superstar Fresh Kid (real names Patrick Ssenyonjo) thanking Rajiv and the Foundation for their support to reach such an unwavering milestone.
“Thank you very much Ruparelia Foundation, thank you very much Mr Sudhir, thank you Mr Rajiv Ruparelia, we appreciate, thank you very much,” the Felista said in a video she appeared with Fresh Kid, soon after receiving her results in Friday afternoon.
“I would love to see her become a guide and inspiration to many young people out there hence, Ruparelia Foundation is presenting this young girl with a full scholarship from the Ruparelia Foundation to go to Kampala Parents’ School,” Rajiv Ruparelia the foundation’s managing director said in 2020 when he awarded her the scholarship.
“We shall ensure you learn how to be confident and we shall make sure that all we offer you help grow your music career,” he added then.
