Goldstar Insurance Provides Free Assistance During Ruparelia Foundation’s Free Eye Camp In Kamuli

Thousands of people in Kamuli district who had mobility issues were able to attend the Ruparelia Foundation Free eye medical camp, thanks to Gold Star Insurance Company.

Gold Star Insurance Company which was on August 20th and 21st part of the Ruparelia Foundation was in Kamuli municipality for free eye medical camp.

The camp was able to attract and screen 1810 patients, performed 145 successful surgeries, collected 126 units of blood and distributed 750 prescription glasses over the course of two days at the medical eye camp.

According to the organizers, the Foundation however could not do all the above alone and assisted by Gold star company which provided wheelchairs that were used to assist patients after screening and surgeries to their dormitories.

These wheelchairs were also being used by patients who had mobility issues.
